Walter Madenford, the author of “Going Against the Tide Prophetically: An Assessment of Current Teachings from The Pre-Tribulation Viewpoint” (ReadersMagnet; 2018) will make his presence felt at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books. First held in 1996, the free public festival will kick off on April 13-24, 2019 at the campus of University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA.
An essential part of the LA educational and cultural scene, the Festival of Books is expected to bring in a diverse range of authors as well as speakers, exhibitors, and performers. There will be poetry readings, storytelling sessions, panels with authors, musical performances, and even culinary classes, among others. New and original works of art and photography will also be on display.
Madenford, whose book “Going Against the Tide Prophetically” will be exhibited by ReadersMagnet at the event, is one of the authors who will have a book signing session, which is scheduled on April 13, 2019, between 12:30 and 1:30. His book presents a more (soul)soothing approach to Bible prophecy. From a pre-tribulation rapture position, he aims to present his assessment of events, characters, and meanings (or purposes) of these events.
Want to know Walter Madenford’s viewpoint of pre-tribulation rapture? Get a copy of his book “Going Against the Tide Prophetically” through Amazon and Barnes & Noble and have it signed by the author at his scheduled book signing session.

About the Author
Walter Madenford lives in Philadelphia, PA. With over 57 years of searching Scripture with his graduation from the evening school division of Philadelphia College of Bible (now CAIRN University) over thirty years ago, he felt that the accumulated knowledge of those years should be shared with others. It is left up to the reader to decide whether this “elder” has been led astray by evil powers or perhaps by his own imagination, or whether the Spirit of God has illuminated (not inspired) his mind in his search for truth.
