LOS ANGELES, CA (November 9, 2006) --- One day it’s snowboarding and sushi, and the next it’s Mexican pizzas and hot air ballooning. But on Wednesday, November 15, it’ll be Ellen DeGeneres’ greenroom for America’s new favorite nine-year-old TV cooking show host.
Nathan Godsey, host of his own show Fun Food Adventures, has been tantalizing taste buds, and wowing kids ages six to sixty-one all over the world. And now he’ll be bringing his charm and kid-friendly cooking talents to The Ellen DeGeneres Show’s live studio audience, and millions of viewers watching at home.

“I think it’s going to be fun,” says Nathan, admitting that he’s a wee bit nervous, but excited and eagerly anticipating hanging out with Ellen. “A live audience will make it interesting. She’s really funny, and I can’t wait to meet her. It’s really awesome to be chosen...I just can’t wait"

Nathan seems to inspire the kid in all his viewers. And he genuinely connects with people of all ages. Fun Food Adventures’ producers receive fan mail from kids worldwide, also from grateful grannies thanking Nathan for both his creativity in the kitchen and his sense of humor, and especially from delighted parents who appreciate the show’s wholesome and family-friendly appeal.

Inspired by watching the Food Network, Nathan got his start by pretending to host his own cooking show in the family kitchen. He discovered that dreams really do come true when the Food Network ran a national cooking competition for kids. Nathan, age seven at the time, won the competition. One of the prizes was private cooking lessons from celebrated TV Chef, Emeril Lagasse.

Now, as host of Fun Food Adventures, Nathan works with world-renowned gourmet chefs creating exquisite culinary art. The show’s first season filmed at ski resorts, professional cooking schools, and some of America’s Top-25 restaurants. Fun Food Adventures also shoots on location at ethnic events like Japan Fest in Stone Mountain, GA, and The Annual Grandfather Mountain (Scottish) Highland Games in North Carolina.

While less than a decade old, Nathan has a stage presence and maturity on camera – a natural, spunky personality that he brings to every aspect of the show. Currently working on an episode that will focus on making healthy choices, Nathan understands the connection between fabulous food and optimal health.

“I want kids to be healthy and smart about the food they eat and everything they do,” he explains. Nathan is excited about sharing some of his favorite recipes with a live audience and adds, “ I hope they’ll learn something from me, too.”

Fun Food Adventures airs in the U.S. and internationally. For more information about Nathan Godsey, or to find out when Fun Food Adventures is on in your area, check out www.funfoodadventures.com.
