The Office Providers Launch New App to Simplify the Flexible Workspace Search Process

The Office Providers have, this week, launched an app with the intention of simplifying the process of searching for flexible workspace.
 
Whilst clients can still use their website to search for space, the motivation behind the development of the app is to push more of the responsibility of the search process onto their agents ensuring clients receive more precise pricing and availability information.
 
Managing Director, Mike Gardener stated: “Many in the market list guide prices for desks but the final price is down to so many factors such as amount of desks taken, term, incentives, inclusive services, current occupancy levels and so forth. We can provide more accurate information if we carry out a bespoke search for each client.
 
“We believe that tech should not completely replace humans in the office space market. Humans are required to find out exact market information, and also for negotiations. We believe that our app helps to facilitate this by providing accurate information at the beginning of the search process.
 
“What we do as flexible workspace agents, is provide clients with as much information as possible relating to their bespoke requirements.
 
“We decided that the best way to do that is to always conduct a customised search of our proprietary systems and network. We then send the client a bespoke report to their inbox.

“We also assist with the negotiation process.”
 
The Office Providers is a flexible workspace search service that is regulated by the RICS and also provides advice on lease renewals and other lease events. Their services are free to use.
