DSM announces price increase for Arnite®, Arnitel®, Stanyl®, Akulon® and Novamid® products

Royal DSM, a global science-based company in Nutrition, Health and Sustainable Living, today announced price increases for all

• Arnite^® PBT and PET products
• Arnitel^® copolyester elastomer products
• Stanyl^® polyamide 4,6 products
• Akulon^® and Novamid^® polyamide 6,6 products

The price increases are effective 1 January 2019 or as contracts allow.

For customers under a current Sales Agreement with DSM Engineering Plastics for any of these products, this increase will be executed per the terms of negotiated agreements but may also incur additional amounts related to possible additional increases which may be subsequently announced.

The price increase is due to the manufacturing industry experiencing a continuous rise in overall cost of input materials. The increases are as follows:
