Correctional Officer Shares His Spiritual Transformation

Shaped by a difficult childhood and numerous challenges in his later life, correctional officer Timothy Butler is shown the light by his unwavering faith in God. About the Author
A native of Chicago, Timothy Butler has been through tough times at a young age. He was once a runner turned phone clerk before becoming a floor manager for a brokerage firm on the Chicago Broad of Options Exchange. A life-changing event occurred when he was 32, involving first his wife of ten years. He emerged from that dark past armed with the knowledge about God’s power and compassion. He became a correction officer in the Cook County Jail in Chicago where his effective role as a person to person ministry changed many lives. He now leads a God-filled life with his new wife Susan and their three children.
