CULVER CITY, Calif. – WEBWIRE

Andrew Kortschak this week was named by Forbes Magazine as one of 30 individuals under 30 years old leading the Hollywood & Entertainment industry. Forbes’ annual 30 Under 30 list encompasses the brightest entrepreneurs, leaders, and stars of tomorrow. Winners were selected from more than 15,000 submissions.

As co-founder and CEO of End Cue - a hybrid film production and software company - Andrew is responsible for overseeing content production and technology development. With nearly 10 years experience at the intersection of feature film, animation, technology, and documentaries, he’s worked on a number of lauded films. Notably, Andrew has received a Film Independent Spirit Award (2016), a Gotham Audience Award (2015), the NBR Award for Top Ten Independent Films (2015) and the SXSW Special Jury Prize (2014).

Among his credentials are producing the film “Cop Car”, directed by current Spider-Man: Homecoming director Jon Watts and written by Christopher Ford - an alumnus of End Cue’s talent-incubation program with Greencard Pictures. The incubation program gives new filmmakers mentorship, a place to build their content reels and skills working with clients like Chase Bank and access to in-house developed technology like RivetAI, the first suite of AI tools for storytellers.

“We have a very patient philosophy at End Cue. We work collaboratively with our writers and directors and provide them the freedom to develop the stories they are excited about telling,” explained Andrew Kortschak, co-founder and CEO of End Cue. “While this means projects may gestate longer from development to release, in the end, it results in profoundly moving storytelling.”

Andrew is currently producing the animated feature film, “Bubbles”, a Netflix financed project by Academy Award-nominated director, Taika Waititi and produced “The Clovehitch Killer”, which is being released on November 16 in select theaters around the country.
