The Elizabeth Hospice is Seeking Volunteers Throughout San Diego County and Southwest Riverside

Support our nonprofit mission in caring for adults and children impacted by serious illness by serving as a volunteer for The Elizabeth Hospice. Our volunteers play a vital role in our organization. Whether as a patient care volunteer or helping in the office, being a volunteer is a role that will never be forgotten, by you or by each life you touch. Volunteer opportunities include patient companionship and caregiver respite, complementary therapies such as pet therapy, aromatherapy, office support at various locations, sewing for the Cuddle Keepsake program, bereavement calls, veterans program and much more.
The Elizabeth Hospice will host the next volunteer orientations on the following dates and locations:

  • Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 10:30am to 12:30pm at The Elizabeth Hospice Carlsbad office located at 5938 Priestly Drive, Suite 103 Carlsbad 92008
  • Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at The Elizabeth Hospice Escondido office located at 500 La Terraza Blvd., Suite 130 Escondido 92025
  • Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at The Elizabeth Hospice Escondido office located at 500 La Terraza Blvd., Suite 130 Escondido 92025
  • Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at The Elizabeth Hospice Temecula office located at 27720 Jefferson Ave., Suite 200 Temecula 92590
  • Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at The Elizabeth Hospice Escondido office located at 500 La Terraza Blvd. Suite 130 Escondido 92025

Orientation is free and open to the public. Volunteer opportunities exist throughout San Diego County and Southwest Riverside. You can choose to serve in the surrounding area where you reside.
