Technology Solutions Seminar Set

[HERNDON, VA] -- gomembers, Inc. announces another edition of its successful seminar, “Q: The Future of Association Management” is set for Thursday, August 26, 2004. It will be hosted by the Society for Naval & Marine Engineers in Jersey City, NJ (http://www.sname.org/).

The gomembers Q seminar is free of charge and will focus on the latest technologies and challenges facing associations. Attendees will get information about the newest advances in technology and how best to utilize it within their own organization. In addition, the presenters, Chris O’Meara and Amelia Hentschel will also provide information to help seminar participants learn to evaluate the options and identify the best solution for their needs.

Scheduled to begin at 8:30 am with a continental breakfast, the half-day seminar will include information on Q; our new enterprise class software solution built using the newest Microsoft .NET technology. The overview will include information on utilizing Q to manage member relationships, internet transactions and communications. The browser-based solution provides a wide array of user-customizable options, so that individual users can easily tailor it to suit their organization.

In addition, there will also be a presentation on pinnacle, 5.91 to share the latest information on the upgraded features of the newest version, and its reliance on the award winning Pervasive.SQL (http://www.pervasive.com/) database. This portion of the seminar will examine the changes to pinnacle 5.91, including personalized toolbar, credit card number encryption, more comprehensive membership reports and more, as well as the advantages gained with the use of the Pervasive.SQL database version.
