ATLANTA, GA. - October 31, 2006 :- GE Energy has announced the availability of its Smallworld Gas Distribution Office* software, a spatially-enabled network management suite of applications that are fundamental to the management of a gas distribution network. The solution is initially targeted to meet the needs of North and South American gas distribution utilities.

“Our Smallworld Gas Distribution Office solution brings together the essential applications gas distribution utilities require to manage their network,” stated Dan Heintzelman, President of GE Energy’s services business. “The solution also includes a suite of plug and play tools that make this a truly unique industry application with unmatched integration off the shelf.”
