DuPont Announces Settlement Agreement with Cardinal Health 200, Inc. on Breach of Contract Related Claims
WILMINGTON, Del., October 30, 2006 - DuPont today announced it reached settlement with Cardinal Health 200, Inc. around breach of contract related litigation that was pending in Nashville, Tenn. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
The settlement resolves contract related litigation DuPont initially brought against Cardinal in 2003. The products involved are advanced nonwoven fabrics that are used in surgical gowns and drapes in hospitals across the United States.
