The first of “The Elite” series, “The Vampire’s Hellion: The Elite” is a unique vampire love story. Stacy Rush definitely brings a lot of elements in this masterfully written novel. The story follows Jax, an Elite Warrior who is sworn to protect the innocent from all kinds of evil. When he was made to take some time off for relaxation, he finds a beautiful secluded place on a mountain away from the nearest town. Along with peace and solitude during his time alone, he meets Cassie, a beautiful woman who is on a relaxing weekend with her best friend.
 
Sparks fly between the two and before they know it, they both fall for each other. As they do, Cassie finds out about Jax’s identity. Torn between continuing with the guy who lights up her fire and running away from the truth, Cassie has to choose the right direction that her heart tells her before it’s too late.

About the Author
Stacy Rush was born in 1977 in Fall River, Massachusetts. She is the middle child to 5 other siblings. When she was 5 years old, her father died and her mother remarried 2 years later, gaining Stacy another sibling. Her mother and stepfather moved the family to Maine and then when she was 14, they moved the family out to Iowa. Stacy is now married with 3 children and two stepchildren. Stacy has always loved to read, her favorite genre being paranormal romance, but she will cuddle up with any good book as long as there is romance involved. She has wanted to write for years, but with working full-time time and taking care of family, she never had the time. Since becoming a stay-at-home mom in 2017, she decided to finally try her hand at writing. She’s always had a wild imagination, which she now puts to good use. She loves her friends and the uniqueness of each of them, so she used them as some of her characters to start her first series, “The Elite.”
