Decision by Hamburg Regional Court in respect of reporting by WirtschaftsWoche

Upon application by Bayer, the Hamburg Regional Court on August 20, 2018, prohibited last Thursday’s report by German magazine WirtschaftsWoche claiming that Bayer faces “new trouble” because of further lawsuits against Monsanto in connection with Dicamba. In its print issue on Friday, WirtschaftsWoche again reported incorrectly that “new lawsuits” had been filed against Monsanto (see also Bayer News Release dated August 17, 2018).
