Multiven Launches the B-Fence Program to Actively Monitor and Defend all Bitcoin Nodes and their Internet Gateway Routers against Cyberattacks

Active monitoring and preemptive cyber-defence of the world’s Bitcoin nodes and their Internet gateway routers goes live.

Paris, FRANCE – WEBWIRE

“ If you can keep a node running that accepts incoming connections, you’ll really be helping the network a lot.” - Satoshi Nakamoto, Inventor of Bitcoin, Friday 9th January 2009

Multiven today announced the launch of the Multiven B-Fence program, which has begun active monitoring and cyber-defence of all Bitcoin nodes and their internet gateway routers against all forms of advanced cyberattacks. The Multiven B-Fence application utilises a combination of open-source IP network and transport layer tools and protocols, to map and monitor all Bitcoin nodes and their Internet gateway routers, while also proactively analysing threat intelligence and pushing security updates to harden the cyberdefences of node gateway routers.

The Multiven B-Fence service went live today at 1600 Hrs CET and can be viewed at https://nodes.multiven.io

“We are super excited to be right on schedule with our ICO roadmap timeline of launching B-Fence today, and are honoured to be contributing our technology towards cementing the legacy of Satoshi Nakamoto and Hal Finney, while securing the future of Bitcoin and all public cryptocurrencies,” says Peter Alfred-Adekeye, Multiven CEO and Chief Technology Architect. “It is safe to say that with B-Fence going live today, it is now practically impossible for any actor to undermine Bitcoin by compromising its global node network.”

Multiven B-Fence is powered by Multiven’s artificial Intelligence engine - mySolvr, and its decentralised pool of security researchers, Internet experts and cryptographers in 55 countries worldwide, all of whom will be compensated with Multicoin transaction fees from the Multiven Open Marketplace (MoM) - the world’s first blockchain-based marketplace for the global $3 Trillion IT products and service industry.

About Multiven

Founded in Palo Alto, California in 2005, Multiven is the world’s first and only provider of independent and decentralised software integrity maintenance and cyber-defense services for all the blockchain nodes and hardware that make up the world’s Internet networks.

Multiven is tokenising its existing successful business by developing the Multiven Open Marketplace (MOM), the world’s first blockchain-based marketplace for the global $3 Trillion IT hardware, software and services Industry, that will enable everybody to buy and sell smartphones, computers, routers etc. on a peer-to-peer basis, powered by smart contracts, with the Multicoin as the sole medium of exchange.  Multicoin transaction fees from the MOM will fund the cyber-defense of Bitcoin, Ethereum and all public blockchain nodes on Earth, as well as their decentralisation into low-Earth-orbit.
