San Antonio, Texas, USA – WEBWIRE

“A venturing lamb finds his greatest and life-changing adventure.”

Adventures are wonderful. They are made to feed souls and refresh the bored and tired lives. This is what author Frances Rathmann depicts in her book “The Bored Lamb And The Brightest Star.”

A lamb, Curly, is fed up with his everyday routine of eating grass and drinking water. He wanted more. He wanted to do something no longer ordinary. He wanted an adventure full of excitement. And this year could be the answer to Curly’s desires. The hills of Bethlehem are unusually dry, so the shepherds opted to look elsewhere for better grass and water. Curly and the flock of sheep crossed the terrains in search of greener pasture. Guided by the light of a bright star, what scene they saw under the star changed Curly’s life forever.

The exciting journey the book holds entertains not only the intended readers but also those who are young-at-heart who still enjoy what an adventure book is supposed to offer, adventures. Rathmann not only displays fun in this colorful 24-page work but also shares a wonderful Christmas story everyone’s been familiar with. “The Bored Lamb And The Brightest Star” is a delightful addition to children’s collection of inspiring Christmas stories.

Rathmann’s “The Bored Lamb And The Brightest Star” will soon be displayed in the upcoming 2018 National Education Association on June 30 to July 1, 2018.
