DHL Wins U.S. Express Delivery Agreement With Real Estate Industry Leader

Plantation, Fla. -- October 24, 2006 - US Recordings Selects DHL to Support Real Estate Transactions in over 3700 U.S. Counties

U.S. Recordings, the industry leader in real estate document recording solutions, will now use DHL for transportation of real estate document filings to and from lenders, mortgage companies, and the over 3700 U.S. counties it serves.

St. Paul, Minn-based U.S. Recordings provides recording services for deeds, mortgages, and other original real-estate documents throughout the United States. To facilitate real estate transactions on behalf of residential and commercial lenders, U.S. Recordings needed a reliable shipping carrier to transport documents to and from the thousands of customers it serves. US Recordings also needed a company that could provide a seamless system for customers to track these time-sensitive documents within the US Recordings web site.

DHL eCommerce consultants provided the set-up support and XML programming instructions to facilitate the seamless integration. The solution enables U.S. Recordings to control its user interface to perform multiple tasks and provide an improved customer experience.
