Denver IAQ Laboratory Celebrates 13 Years Serving Colorado and Surrounding States

EMLab P&K, a TestAmerica company and a leading commercial indoor air quality (IAQ) laboratory in North America, marks thirteen years of providing service to communities throughout Colorado and the surrounding areas.
 
EMLab P&K’s Colorado lab provides analyses for mold and asbestos, and brings the unique ability to analyze dry soil for PLM analysis to the area. With the Denver housing market growing exponentially, the Colorado lab has seen both the addition of new clients and the business growth of longstanding clients in recent years. The laboratory’s staff has subsequently grown in size, offering 12 years of cumulative experience at EMLab P&K.

EMLab P&K’s Denver laboratory provides high quality mold analysis throughout Colorado and the surrounding states including the Dakotas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Utah, and Washington. The laboratory has been accredited for mold analysis by AIHA-LAP LLC since 2005; NVLAP for asbestos analysis since 2011; and received the State of Colorado Asbestos certification in 2011. In addition, the Denver lab received the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) license for mold and asbestos in 2012.
