Member Council FrieslandCampina agrees with reappointment board members Frans Keurentjes, Angelique Huijben-Pijnenburg and Sandra Addink-Berendsen

Frans Keurentjes, Angelique Huijben-Pijnenburg and Sandra Addink-Berendsen have been reappointed as board members of Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A. The Member Council of the dairy cooperative decided this in its meeting of 12 June 2018. The reappointments will come into effect on 18 December 2018 and will be valid for a period of four years.

The three board members are resigning and eligible for reappointment in accordance with the resignation schedule of the Board. The reappointment also applies to their positions of members of the Supervisory Board of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V.

Frans Keurentjes has held the position of Chairman of the Board of the cooperative and the Supervisory Board of the company as from 20 December 2016. He has been a member of the Board of Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A. (and its legal predecessors) since the year 2006. He is an agricultural entrepreneur in Hornhuizen (NL).

Angelique Huijben-Pijnenburg has been a member of the Board of the cooperative and the Supervisory Board of the company as from the year 2010. She is co-owner of a dairy farm in Oosteind (NL).

Sandra Addink-Berendsen has been a member of the board of the cooperative and the Supervisory Board of the company as from the year 2014. She is co-owner of a dairy farm in Markelo (NL).
