MONTREAL, CANADA – May 30, 2018 - FleetMind Solutions, Inc., part of the Safe Fleet brand of companies, today announced that Vice-President Martin Demers, the company’s former CEO and co-owner, will be retiring in August 2018. Mr. Tom Gill, Safe Fleet’s Senior Vice-President of Passenger Transportation, Law Enforcement and Waste, will take over leadership of the company, while current FleetMind management will remain unchanged. FleetMind has increasingly consolidated its strategic operations with complementary sister companies within Safe Fleet.

Martin will be working with Safe Fleet management over the next three months to transition leadership activities to ensure continuity. Since its acquisition in 2016, FleetMind has increasingly integrated operations within the Safe Fleet family that now includes a total of five companies focused on technology. The enhanced collaboration has broadened its product and development capabilities and provided access to added resources and expertise.
