About the Author
The Rev Dr. Clyde H. Embling, the 5th born of eight to hardworking farm parents knew firsthand the struggles brought about by the Great Depression. Their strong faith and closeness as a family formed a young man hungry for education, with determination to follow God’s call into ministry. After graduating from Rochester Business Institute and two years in the US Army, he received degrees from the University of Maine, Bangor Theological Seminary and his Doctorate from Drew University, in Madison, New Jersey. His wife, Audrey and he have two children, both girls had professions. Mary a Social Worker for County and Hospital; and Cynthia a Medical Doctor in Family Practice.
