Children’s Author Nadine G. Thomas Collects Heartwarming Stories to Share Through Her Book

About the Author
Nadine G. Thomas is an 80-year-old woman with three grown grandchildren. She is a widow and lives in Aiken, SC. Being a Navy Junior (child of a Navy parent), she has lived all over the country and boasts of living in 37 cities, one of those being Sasebo, Japan. While in Sasebo she met her first husband, a Navy submariner. Nadine graduated from the University of San Diego, class of 1958, with a degree in Chemistry and a minor in Biology and Philosophy. Her favorite job was teaching which she did in Arlington, VA; Honolulu, HI and Idaho Falls, Idaho. While living in Japan she also taught Japanese business men English (where she picked up a little Japanese). She started the book almost 20 years ago when she delighted her grandchildren by making up stories where they were the characters. She claims her next book will be her autobiography.
