Building Roo the Bunny a New Home

A student’s story about the importance of education and cooperation in society

Herdnon, Virginia – WEBWIRE

With knowledge, guidance, and cooperation, anything is possible. “Roo and His New Habitat” is a story by high school student, Sajni Vederey. The book follows how a group of students build a habitat for their new classroom pet bunny—Roo.

Even as a student, Vederey already knows how important education and cooperation is among communities, and it shows through her STEM All Stars organization. Using her experience and knowledge, Vederey pens a children’s book about how a group of students use mathematics, science and technology, and engineering to build an appropriate habitat for Roo, their new pet bunny.

The book is well-written and optimistic. It’s a great educational tool for both elementary and high school students.

“Roo and His New Habitat” is now available at selected online bookstores.
