Santander launches the tenth edition of the social projects programme "Euros from your Salary", which has raised EUR 2.5 million to date

At a ceremony presided over by Her Majesty Queen Letizia, Ana Botín announced the 10 winners of Banco Santander’s 10th Call for Social Projects, which were chosen from the 250 initiatives selected and voted for by the Bank’s employees in Spain. Throughout the 10 editions held to date, this programme has raised EUR 2.5 million, backed 70 initiatives and supported over 40,000 people. Each winning entity will receive EUR 47,294 from the “Euros from your Salary” fund, which is financed thanks to donations from Banco Santander employees who participate in the Bank’s “Euros from your Salary” programme in which the entity matches each euro donated by its employees. This edition raised a total of EUR 472,939.
