Former Neurosurgeon and Now Evangelist, Phillip Goldfedder, Shares Faith Story in Book
The autobiography tells how a man of modern medicine found healing and faith… and a new calling to serve.
A book of blessing and anointing
Retired neurosurgeon Phillip Goldfedder published his 11th book, an autobiography titled “Medicine, Ministry, Miracles: One Neurosurgeon’s Life” (Christian Faith Publishing, 2017). The author’s faith and desire to help others are the highlights of the book.
Goldfedder fits the mold of a typical Jewish American: he was attracted to medicine and, like most American Jews, grew up increasingly secular in adulthood. Halfway through his medical career, he suffered chronic intractable pain in both of his feet. He was without cure for three years until he attended televangelist Benny Hinn’s miracle crusade in Orlando, where he was miraculously healed.
From there forth, Goldfedder dedicated his life to Christ, the Great Physician. He did not only find physical healing, though; he has also found a new calling to serve after witnessing countless healings and deliverance through the power of the Holy Spirit. With the determination of the prophets and apostles, the author studied to become an evangelist and reverend so he could minister spiritual healing and deliverance to God’s people.
For Goldfedder, writing books such as “Medicine, Ministry, Miracles” is an extension of his ministry, which primary focus is healing through Jesus. He is determined to reach as many people as possible through his book and ministry to help them get to know the Great Physician.
