Growing up in the midtown Kansas City, Missouri, Coach T (Greg Thomas) gives some personal history of what it’s like to live in the 1960’s and 1970’s. He covers from the John F Kennedy and Martin Luther King assassinations through the school race riot he witnessed at his East High School in 1974. And while we thought that things are getting better than they used to be – we know, racism still exists today. It’s still very real.
