City girl, Janine Stephens has had many occasions to drive through West Hope and strangely has had a strong desire to stop her car, get out and walk around, and perhaps have a conversation with one of the residents; however, always being “on the go” she had to put those ideas aside. She discovers that God had planted those desires within her as circumstances in her life bring change and she finds herself in her “wonderland” of West Hope being challenged with the way she looks at her world.

Bonar’s success as an author, motivated her to expand her first novel into a trilogy. “Look to the Hills” begins with the story as previously written. New readers will be inspired by the story, and faithful readers will be delighted with the new format and the opportunity to read more of this true-to-life story of God’s delight in His earthly family and to share it with friends and loved ones. “I have been given gifts by God to do the work he has chosen for me to do,” she says.
