To put an end to the “bad hair/good hair” myth, writer and retired teacher Lupita Samuels wrote Hairmythology -The Origin of Hair Diversity: Uncover Your Hairitage.

In Hairmythology, Lupita Samuels aims to uncover our origins through hair orientation and to understand and appreciate hair in all its various appearances. She also establishes a system in the book that discourages any discrimination of all hair types. Samuels calls this system,“Good Hair/No Bad Hair.”

The author hopes to make the readers understand and appreciate their uniqueness and to make this known at an early age. Samuels filled the book with pictures and activities to provide a fun, learning experience for people of all ages.

“This was an interesting read. I love the author’s creativity in tackling a topic not much discussed at school including science courses. What type of hair do you have—good or bad? This book will tell you. Read it and find out,” Amazon customer Venecia Marte says.

Lupita Samuels’ Hairmythology is now available in online bookstores.
