Versive® Opens European Office As Rapidly Changing Regulatory Environment Increases Companies’ Responsibilities To Protect Data

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — February 15, 2018 — Versive today announced its expansion into Europe with the opening of a new office in London led by Jason O’Shaughnessy, the new head of international business development.
 
As of May 2018, GDPR comes into full effect establishing stricter security and privacy regulations for companies that collect European Union customer data. As regulations like GDPR and the NIS Directive put increased pressure on enterprises to appropriately protect user data, Versive relieves much of this intense burden by uniquely force-multiplying the efforts of security teams through automatic surfacing of unfolding adversary campaigns and providing improved network visibility.

Versive has established a new office at Level 39 in London’s Canary Wharf. The office will be led by recently hired head of international business development Jason O’Shaughnessy. He comes to Versive from data analytics firm Yodlee, Inc., where he served as senior vice president of EMEA and Australia. O’Shaughnessy will be in charge of leading Versive’s expansion into Europe and cultivating new partnerships in the region. O’Shaughnessy has also brokered a deal with Level 39 that includes providing Versive’s services to other member companies.
