Greenberg Minasian Announces $700,000 Car Accident Settlement

Greenberg Minasian, LLC a New Jersey personal injury law firm, has announced a recent settlement of $700,000 for a client involved in a serious motor vehicle accident that took place in 2012.

Rachel Drake suffered spinal injuries which required multiple surgeries to stabilize her lower spine when her vehicle was rear-ended.

“Her quality of life is significantly diminished, even after years of treatment and multiple painful surgical procedures to her spine,” he added.

In early 2012, Ms. Drake was traveling in West Orange when, without warning, another driver struck her from behind. The impact caused injuries to her back, shoulders and neck. The force was severe enough to cause a disc herniation, requiring the fusion of multiple vertebrae in her lumbar spine and implantation of hardware for stabilization.

This car accident case comes on the heels of two other recent announcements by Greenberg Minasian, which included settlements of $800,000 and $990,000.

In recent years, the firm has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades for obtaining notable verdicts and settlements. This includes a bus accident case in 2014, where Mr. Greenberg and Mr. Minasian won a record $17 million jury verdict (Baker v. New Jersey Transit).
