About the Author
Gary Anton was born on June 11, 1958, in Astoria, New York, and attended Sullivan County Community College’s culinary program. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a minor in computer science in the State University of New York in Old Westbury, New York, in 1984. Anton currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida.
