Set in a realm of magic, this science-fiction novel is the story of a power struggle between two sisters who seek to rule their world. Princess Asora of the Utopian Kingdom aims for prosperity. On the other hand, Queen Laxur of the Darcon Empire seeks power and revenge. The siblings’ ideals and ambitions result in the creation of factions, leading chaos and war into their world.
 
Dark Rage is part of the four main stories of Darcey’s Kingdoms and Empires series, which began as a concept while he was in the tenth grade. Work on the novel began in 2000. Having been a longtime fan of science fiction, he always wanted to write his own take on the genre.
