She writes about the path of her emotional journey and the decisions she made in a diary, which she has kept hidden for twenty-four years. However, unexpected circumstances will leave Simone’ with no choice but to reveal the truth about her life to her husband.

About the Author

Carlotta Maria Shinn Russell is currently a faculty member at Faulkner University. She has six published books to her name. She was a recipient of the Southern Regional Literary Award under the Civil Rights division in 2014. She is also a member of the Mobile Writers Guild.
