About the Author
Michael Berger has taught writing in college and high school for over twenty years. He has also taught literature and humanities surveys and is currently Professor of English and Communications at The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has worked in corporate compliance and in marketing communications and has edited corporate, college and literary-society newsletters. He is the author of several published articles and of the book “Thoreau’s Late Career” and “The Dispersion of Seeds: The Saunterer’s Synoptic Vision.” He holds a Ph.D. in English from the University of Cincinnati, an M.A. in English from Indiana University, and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College.
