Digital River Sets Date and Time for Third Quarter 2006 Financial Results

The company will host a conference call at 4:45 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Oct. 26, 2006, to discuss its third quarter results. The company also plans to give guidance for the fourth quarter of 2006 and full year of 2007.
