Keith Corman Pens a Novel about the Effect of the American Civil War

This fictional story entitled “Scourged Souls” by Keith N. Corman lets the readers imagine what it was during the American Civil War and how it affected the lives of the people.

Cincinnati Ohio – WEBWIRE

War is harsh and leaves scars on those left behind.

Although the novel’s story is set during the American Civil War, the story isn’t really about the war itself. Instead, it gives the readers the idea of how the people at that time struggled for survival and the other ordeals they experienced and surpassed. “Scourged Souls” takes the readers into the lives and settings of the characters of the novel whose lives cross, although for a brief few days during a dreadful battle, directly or indirectly through relationships.

This well-written novel by Keith Corman is definitely a good addition to one’s collection of fictional stories which has a setting from the past and has some moral lessons to ponder. It will leave readers with a sense that people’s lives in the past were much like the same today.

The novel “Scourged Souls” will be proudly displayed at the 2018 BookExpo New Title Showcase which will take place this May 30, 2018.  Grab a copy now!
