Irish Based FarmaBrand Private Equity Fund meets with Polish Ministry of State Treasury on Privatization of PHF

FarmaBrand, an Irish based Private Equity confirms meeting with Ministry of State Treasury, members of the Board of PHF and Ministry Officials for initial discussions about cooperation with PHF on production, sales and marketing, product development that may or may not lead to a formal offer being made in line with Ministry timetable in 2006. Pavel Mirovsky MD, PhD, Assoc Prof, MBA Former Chief Executive Officer and President of Polpharma S.A. where he restructured and orchestrated a 120% increase in sales over a three year period. Prior to that he worked for Aventis and Rhone Poulenc-Rorer in various project management roles. His expertise in turnaround, restructuring, growth and distribution of organisations for Northern and Central Europe is an exceptional success and has earned a highly respected position within the Polish and International Pharmaceutical Industry having won Business Man of the Year 2002 in Poland.
