Customer Satisfaction is top priority for SADA Systems

The index of satisfaction shows SADA’s level of customer approval in real time. SADA developed the real-time customer satisfaction index in the interest of providing a high degree of customer service. The index, visible on the home page of SADA’s website, is an average derived from responses to the SADA Instant Feedback Form that customers are automatically prompted to fill out upon completion of a service or project. At the time of writing, the index shows a 96.1% level of satisfaction with services offered by SADA.

The satisfaction index was developed as a means to measure customer approval with the work done by SADA. Using the index and results from the instant feedback form, SADA has a clear picture of its strengths as well as areas that may need improvement. Isolating the areas where some improvement may be required is what prompted SADA to develop these systems. “Constant improvement is a business necessity,” says Safoian. “It’s a bad sign if anyone in a company starts saying ‘our customer service is fine, we don’t need to work on it.’ That’s a sign of complacency and that attitude will affect your customers.”
