Copper Drives to Increase Market Presence through Acquisition of Conferencing Leader


BOULDER, CO --- September 18, 2006 --- Copper Conferencing (www.copperconferencing.com), a leading provider of group communications services, has announced today that it has acquired the BlackPhone Plus conferencing business of JamboTECH, Inc., a privately held corporation located in Agoura Hills, CA, for an undisclosed amount.
JamboTECH, founded in 2002, rapidly became a leading provider of audio and web conferencing services with BlackPhone Plus their audio and web conferencing services suite tailored to the small and medium-sized businesses (SMB). The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to Copper’s earnings in 2006.
