An Author Has Created the Chapters of His Letters to the Editor of New York Times That Were Never Published

It is true that the New York Times is like no other newspaper on Earth. Decision-makers here and around the globe read it with very special interest, both for its intelligent reporting and in hopes of seeing their own doings validated in the opinions expressed on its pages.

With the great impact of the NYT to people, Dr. Alex Caemmerer has become addicted to writing letters to the Editor of The New York Times, and have been fortunate enough to see a handful of his letters make it into print. At the same time, over the last decade or so he has written well over a hundred letters that were not published, so Author Alex Caemmerer decided to take the advantage of the opportunities which now exist to get them into print by collecting the letters and put them in turn them into chapters.

“The Letters to the Editor” of Dr. Alex will become the inspiration for young writers, thinkers, and curious minds from around the world. The authors have sprung a hope to the people out there as he make his letter available to his readers and having the inspiration that some of his letters are published by the NYT because of its relevant information.

Being said, Author Alex Caemmerer would like to share his manuscript with a lot of people as he participates in the New York Reading Association Book Exhibit that is being held at the Hyatt Regency, November 13 -14, 2016.

About the Author
Dr. Alex Caemmerer is a practicing psychiatrist, having been a Professor of Clinical Psychiatry, Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, and Director, Psychiatric Clinic at St Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital, NYC. An amateur photographer, he has published two illustrated books on the historic architecture of Key West, Fla and New Orleans, LA. He became addicted to writing letters to the editor of the New York Times, the Record of Bergen County, N.J. Newsweek,and other publications. ( A handful made it to print in the Times.) He decided to get them into print in one way or another, so he organized them into chapters, such a Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis, Religion, Depression, Homosexuality, and added some essay on a variety of subjects
