About the Author                                                                   
 
Dionne Gideon earned her degree in accounting from Western Michigan University and Wayne State University. She is currently an accountant and a bookkeeper for several non-profit businesses. She also has her own company, Clear as Mud Writing Company LLC. Aside from One Wrong Incision, Dionne has another novel, Shattered Crimson. She has a gospel album that she wrote entitled Blank Canvas, which topped the charts for three consecutive weeks in the United Kingdom.
