All Tommy Palmer wanted to do is enjoy his drink and listen to smooth jazz, but fate had other plans for him. We find out what happens next in the exciting noir thriller Didja’ Hear? Danny Devlin’s Dead by William P. Singley.

On that stormy Ash Wednesday night in Billy Frisco’s jazz club, Tommy Palmer is sipping his drink and listening to jazz classics by a hot young singer. Meanwhile, a post office robbery is underway, and things go sour. After abandoning the thieves, the getaway driver bursts in the club soaking wet to tell his boss, Billy, that Danny Devlin is shot dead. All bets are off as Billy is coerced by the bad guys to murder the driver and a talkative prostitute to save his club. Desperate, Billy will do anything to save his club, but Tommy Palmer has other ideas about who lives and dies.  After all, there are some things a guy just doesn’t do.
