Farsight Security CRO and Renowned Cybersecurity Expert Andrew Lewman To Keynote MassTLC D3: Data, Development, & Drive Software Dev Conference

Farsight Security, Inc., provider of the world’s largest real-time DNS threat intelligence, today announced that renowned cybersecurity expert and Farsight Security Chief Revenue Officer Andrew Lewman will deliver the keynote address, “Cybersecurity: Innovation Needed” at the MassTLC D3: Data, Development & Drive Software Dev Conference on Thursday October 6, 2016. The event will take place at the Microsoft NERD Center, 1 Memorial Dr. #1, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

A long-time Cambridge resident, Lewman will share valuable, practical insights from his personal and professional experiences working alongside national intelligence and law enforcement agencies, and company leaders, on how to help combat and reduce cybersecurity breaches through the innovation, design, and development process.

“The cost of today’s cybersecurity breaches goes beyond just loss of revenue, reputation, and privacy – it also can have an irrevocable impact on our election process and democracy itself. Prior to Norse, he was the Executive Director and CEO of the Tor Project, a non-profit technology organization that provides online anonymity software tools used by over 2 million Internet users daily in more than 200 countries. Before the Tor Project, he served as VP of Engineering on the original startup team for online IT media firm, TechTarget. He earned his B.S. from Framingham State University.
