A Deeper Look on Religion’s Role in World Events

Haven’t you thought about how international conflict can be resolved, for instance, the perennial conflict in the Middle East? Author Edmund Anthony Talmont has released a book that tackles world issues like conflict between nations and other social ills with a religious perspective.

His book, entitled Revelations, takes a closer scrutiny on the role of religion in world events, particularly in finding solutions to social problems such as the Middle East conflict, national debt, and even environmental degradation. It attempts to explain the relationship between Buddhism and Christianity. Likewise, it bombards hard questions to readers as to which religion to practice nowadays and how the law of cause and effect determines outcome in light of international chaos.

About the Author

Edmund Anthony Talmont was born to a Lithuanian father and a Japanese mother. He practiced the Roman Catholic Christian faith in his early childhood. In Tarrant County Junior College, where he attended college, he learned the idea of religious freedom. Edmund has been practicing Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism for over twenty-five years. He received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Edmund is a certified public accountant and works as a lead database administrator as an alternative career.
