Political Thriller Dives into the Dangers of Elections

Author Kerry A. Bryant published a novel entitled A House Once Stolen. It was featured at the 2016 AJC Decatur Book Festival. The said event is the largest independent book festival in the United States. It ran from September 2 to 4 at 101 E Court Square in Decatur, Georgia.

The book takes a cue from the Nixon saga and tells a story behind a hijacked election. Freelance reporter Harper is convinced that Richard Blackstone cheated his way into the 2000 presidential election; unfortunately, he does not have the proof to back it up.  However, an opportunity presents itself to him upon Blackstone’s reelection in 2004, and he gets a second chance to prove his doubts right. Harper’s two trips to the key battleground state of Florida are financed by his editor at the New York Times, who doesn’t trust Blackmore as well. With the help of a few allies, Harper starts to get some answers to uncover the truth behind the botched polls.

A House Once Stolen is a book packed with action and adventure. It is an intriguing piece of work that is sure to draw readers in.
