TestAmerica announces merger with China based JSTI Group

TestAmerica, the world’s largest environmental testing firm, will merge with Nanjing, China based JSTI Group, a global transportation systems design and environmental monitoring firm. Executives of both firms describe the merger as a synergistic combination of diversified testing and environmental solutions leaders resulting in the first ever unified east-west response to the world’s vast and growing environmental stewardship testing challenges. A definitive merger agreement was executed on June 1, 2016 with final closing subject to specific conditions including regulatory approvals and anticipated to occur within 90 days.
 
JSTI CEO Mr. Junhua Wang said, “JSTI is excited to work with the team at TestAmerica, certainly to grow their industry leading testing business in the USA and also to transport their services to International markets with growing demand.  A huge environmental services market is forming in Asia.  JSTI and TestAmerica will be leaders in helping to provide environmental measurement solutions in this and other international markets.
