Published in 2013, Dr. Michael A. Aquino’s “MindWar” offers modifications of physical war military institutions that enable the implementation of the MindWar campaign.

As an evolutionary technology, MindWar campaign paves the way to a standard of rationality and accuracy in human affairs in which the experience of thought is finally, fully mature.

“The object of the art and science of MindWar is to end the perennial scourge of physical war by identifying and redirecting human thought processes away from senseless violence at the subconscious level, where 95% of human thought processes occurs,” said Dr. Aquino.

Originally written for the highest levels of the U.S. Government, the book is now being made available to the public.

For those interested, “MindWar” will be displayed at the 2015 Guadalajara International Book Fair, which will be held on November 28-December 6, at the Expo Guadalajara exhibition center in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
