Ron Hurst is a leadership development expert with extensive experience running and improving manufacturing operations. He is a former Plant manager responsible for California operations of an international steel manufacturing facility. In this role, Ron was involved in numerous multi-million dollar labor contract negotiations as well as the successful completion of several other important contracts. During his tenure in operations, Ron was certified as a Lean 6 Sigma black belt.
