Monday - September 11, 2006 - Leverkusen – The integrated human resource management services offered by Bayer Business Services set international standards. The Bayer Group company takes a holistic approach that combines its long years of experience in international human resource management with innovative IT expertise. The resulting solutions will be the focus of the company’s stand at “Zukunft Personal” (Exhibition for Human Resource Management), being held on September 13 and 14 at the Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany.

“Zukunft Personal” is Germany’s largest trade fair for human resource management. Some 300 exhibitors will be presenting their products and services including HR software and hardware solutions, HR consulting and services, training and development. “Zukunft Personal” targets HR managers, HR development specialists, company directors, and wage and salary accountants.

The main component of the integrated offering from Bayer Business Services are state-of-the-art SAP® systems to support HR management, from recruitment through to retirement. Bayer Business Services is a designated SAP®-BPO provider in the area of human resources which means that the necessary SAP® software licences may be part of the service that customers receive when they outsource their HR management processes to Bayer Business Services.

Alongside Bayer Business Services, the company’s subsidiaries Job@ctive and Dynevo and the “Rheinische Pensionskasse” will also be exhibiting at “Zukunft Personal.” The “Rheinische Pensionskasse” is a future-oriented benefits system offering various companies the ideal solution for their corporate pension plans. Job@ctive GmbH is a personnel services provider with a portfolio ranging from temporary employment services to outplacement. Dynevo GmbH is the Bayer Group’s media services provider, offering intelligent printing solutions, document processing for HR, finance and administrative processes, and integrated corporate and product communication.
