Resurrection Fitness Personal Training Sets Up New Facility In OFallon, Missouri

Resurrection Fitness, a private personal training studio that first opened their doors over seven years ago, has opened up their newest and largest facility to date on September 1, 2015. Owners Lance and Lauren Caron had set a goal several years ago to expand their territory further east in a larger facility with easy access for several surrounding cities, and that’s just what they did. 

Resurrection Fitness is a private personal training studio that offers instructional based fitness sessions. They offer one on one personal training sessions, group personal training packages and even nutrition guidance for pretty much all walks of life. The new facility offers a wide variety of apparatuses specifically to get the most out of each session, whether for toning and firming, fat loss or muscle sculpting or strength training.

“ResFit” states that they offer both 60 minute and 30 minute sessions in a variety of personal training packages to accommodate most schedules and budgets. Any individual interested in utilizing their services can take advantage of a complimentary body transformation analysis which includes information about how the program works, measurements and physical assessment as well as the beginning stages of fitness goal planning. 

“The new ‘ResFit on highway K’ location has created a whole new level of creativity for the personal trainers’ sessions with twice the square footage in the training area and a plethora of new and ergonomically correct equipment,” Co-Owner and Personal Trainer, Lauren Caron explains.

Owner Lance Caron states: “We’ve had so much support from the community and our clients for our goals to increase fitness awareness and a better education within the surrounding communities. This expansion is just one step closer to reaching more individuals in need of a fitness overhaul and basically increasing a total quality of life for them, whether through decreased need for doctor visits, better performance on the job or simply a more positive outlook on life from increased self confidence.”
