CommonWealth One will again offer its popular First Time Home Buyers Seminar to members who are thinking of buying a home. The session – Fri., Aug.21, 4:30–5:45 pm – will be presented by Stella Evans, Loan Officer, Member Advantage Mortgage, CommonWealth One’s mortgage partner.

As an experienced mortgage loan officer, Evans knows the issues first-time home buyers will face. “While everyone is at a different stage of the home-buying process, there’s basic information that will be valuable to everyone. I will un-complicate the issues and make them easily understandable,” Evans said. Long-time homeowners are welcome, too, she noted: “If it’s been a long time since you’ve arranged a mortgage, this seminar will be valuable for you as well.”
