Seven Employees of ComEd, an Exelon Company Receive MEA’s Life Sustaining Awards

Midwest ENERGY Association (MEA) is proud to announce that seven (7) energy operations members from ComEd, an Exelon Company have received Life Sustaining Awards. Each year MEA sponsors the Life Sustaining Awards program to recognize industry employees who have performed service "above and beyond" the call of duty by saving or attempting to save the life of another. Applicants for these awards are approved by the Executive Committee of MEA’s Board of Directors.
The 2015 Life Sustaining Awards went to:
- Carlos Guevera, account representative
- Travis Perry, meter reading manager and Cedric Weathers, field and meter services manager
- Eduardo Suarez, safety field services manager
- James Sawyer, supervisor – construction
- Thomas Moore, senior distribution systems dispatcher
- Edward Hines, supervisor-field operations
